GIVE THEM A CHANCE

Everyone deserves a second chance. 

Don’t judge them listen to their story first. 

 Who have you uplift? 

We need to learn to do that in our Community, every day because we don’t understand what a lot of people are going through. 

The one big thing that I noticed in our community a lot is that?? 

The people that own the property and businesses Don’t leave in the environment or our community. We can become a Neighbourhood again if we all work together. Especially in the beauty industry, which all of it is located in the black community is all foreigners have not seen one single black person that owns one. And most of our community meetings that I have been attending I haven’t seen one single one that came to join us. They do nothing for us. So I do believe that if we start investing in our own community, I know the change won’t happen overnight, but we can always start somewhere.  With our very diverse community, Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of what we stand for. We are committed to Partner with our community to achieve a success For everyone around to continue to be safe. 

Most people of color are living in United States, Especially black and indigenous people, Experience Homelessness at high rate . After dealing with the Homeless people at the Encampment for more than three months , seeing them and talking to a lot of them daily, listening to the story it was very sad. He got me thinking they are in this situation now, What if we can create programs that will prevent some Something like this to happen in the next future or Of giving an opportunity to help even just one person to get them off the street we are more than happy to do that. So here at the Colosseum building We have a lot of space that we can use for some of those programs To prevent some of those kids or get them off the street. 

With everything going on right now, we must not give up hope and vision and good work before we see it in realizing with our eyes. 

We can offer career - focused education for high school graduate who won’t a faster path to success. Instead of spending years in college, you can start your career in months with one of our Specialized program instructors. 

I had the opportunity to speak with many young multiple young women and men , I also saw many young women in the community, struggling and losing their way . 

They never had a good start of fair choice in life, With money coming from hot situations Like abuse in the homes , substance use disorder, Trafficking and survival sex work.

They lose hope and they got into bad ways because they didn’t know what else to do. No one ever show them what else was possible and no one believe in them. 

So I think that is very important to invest in the community instead of abandoning them. 

Lilian A Braiding Institute, I’d offering a real chance at self sufficient true training or professional skills, and preparing for entrepreneurship . Skills they can take with them wherever they go. Skills that are recession -proof. 

You can take your hands with you anywhere you go. 

Trained hands become ATMs able to generate their own money and therefore, resource self reliance. 

We will be able to show them a way to start their own business and do it the right way- Professionally and hygienically. 

Vocational skills development course. 

Free Community Entrepreneurship. 

We are going to start teaching that very soon. 

People who want to start a business, But don’t know how to go about. 

We are here to help breach the disconnection. 

A lot of people that will come across that are taking our advanced education you mentioned this to us , That after they were done with the cosmetology program, they didn’t teach them how to start their own business. 

Learning customer service is number one thing. 

Learning how to create a booking page. 

Learning of putting a System together how to get clients. 

Learning how to retain clients. 

How do you attract clients.
